Taelor Evans, Esq.
Taelor is from Las Vegas. She returned home after graduating summa cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law to represent the people and communities she grew up around.

Taelor Evans didn’t relocate to Las Vegas to build a law practice. She’s from here. She went to UNLV, earned her Political Science degree in 2010, and left for San Diego long enough to graduate summa cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2015 — then came back to represent the people she grew up around.
She was admitted in California in 2016 and in Nevada in 2018, along with admission to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, both in 2018.
Her practice includes personal injury, employment discrimination and harassment, and civil rights matters. In 2024 she and her husband, Vernon Evans II, opened Lawyers With Attitude — a firm they own outright, answering to clients instead of a partnership committee.

Vernon brings more than a decade of licensure and a particular commitment to personal injury, civil rights, police-brutality litigation, and securities law.

Vernon Evans II was admitted in California in 2014 — the same year he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego — and in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California in 2015. He added Nevada and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada in 2018.
Before law school, he studied Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley, graduating in 2011.
Vernon’s practice focuses on personal injury law, civil rights and police-brutality litigation, and securities law. Clients describe him as relentless, straightforward, and someone who genuinely levels the playing field.
In 2024, he co-founded LWA alongside his wife Taelor. The name isn’t decoration. It describes how the firm responds when opposing counsel assumes it will fold.
